Senior Reporting Analyst - Global Reporting Center

Role Overview
The Global Reporting Center team develops and provides single-source-of-truth financial reporting to executive and senior management in the company. The team rolls up to Central FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) organization and its core team is based in Bratislava.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining assigned financial reports and provide support to Finance customers.

Role Responsibilites
• Develop, maintain and publish Global Management reports through interaction with Finance and peers leveraging Dell applications
• Drive process enhancements and data integrity checks to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Drive standardization, single source-of-truth reporting and resource optimization across assigned reports/processes
• Effectively cooperate and communicate with support teams• Cross regional interactions with business partners, customers from Finance, other reporting teams and project teams to help them resolve and drive issues
• Support Central FP&A organization and our business partners with adhoc requests, analysis and other reporting responsibilities
• Support other reporting responsibilities as needed and provide expert guidance and assistance to Team Members, share best practices

Requirements
• Previous experience with front-end reporting
• MS Excel (including VBA) and MS Access is a must, T-SQL is advantage
• Strong communication skills, written and spoken English
• Sound foundation of relational database concepts to enable good understanding of Dell Data Warehouse and other reporting platforms
• Project Management experience is advantage
• Proactive and responsive
• Independent, knows how to deal with ambiguity
• Attention to detail
• Good team player
