Order Fulfillment Specialist with Swedish or Finnish

GENERAL SUMMARY:

· Be a part of Order Fulfillment team with main focus on handling logistic and manufacturing issues for Consumer, Medium Business, Large Institutions and Public business.

· Order Fulfillment team is responsible for overseeing the orders from In-Production stage up to the delivery to the customer



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Proactively manage logistic & manufacturing issues within the agreed timing and with focus on internal & external customer satisfaction

· Act as a main interaction point between Carriers, Sales and Customers

on providing the order status and handling logistic & manufacturing issues

· Responsible for arranging Air-shipments, special delivery services, order prioritizations, Invoicing and others

· Fluent Swedish or Finnish language
· Fluent English language
· Good communication and problem solving skills
· Ability to work on own initiative, action oriented
