EMEA Asset Recycling Service Sales Advisor

Role Overview
Asset Resale and Recycling (ARR) is the commercial program which is part of Dell's overall take back services. This is part of the environmental lifecycle approach that Dell promotes. The role that we want to fill is a Subject Matter Expert focused on supporting this program, covering EMEA region. It involves knowing the service offerings around resale and recycling, being able to promote and sell this internally and externally, being able to support the customers demand in delivery, being an ambassador for ARR but also be familiar with what Dell is obligated to do from a producer responsibility side with the local legislations in EMEA.

Role Responsibilities
  • Continued support of growth and development of Asset Recovery Services in the EMEA region.
  • Support the delivery of Unit/Revenue/Margin/Attach Rate targets
  • Delivery of targeted ARS Customer Experience metrics
  • Meet agreed SLA´s for ARR reporting
  • EMEA Project Admin – be the owner and executor of these
  • Handle ARR customer projects that are global
  • Ability to book orders in Gii in ALL direct countries
  • Support sales with customer questions and be an expert of the ARR service
  • Support Sales with quoting in Gii/selling services where needed
  • Address and own customer escalations/discrepancies/request for information
  • Follow up on CE non-sats with customers via phone and/or email for ALL EMEA countries
  • Follow up on pending items such as RFP deals/custom quotes where needed
  • Daily order export to check for new orders and facilitate appropriately – for the customers on the ARR PM list
  • Customer/Deployment project calls with MDS PM´s and vendors
  • Track sensitive pickups for customers either run rate basis or project based
  • Pull reports for customers if needed – on the ARR PM list

Requirements
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in selling or sales support to multiple segments supporting internal and external customers in the delivery phase.
Will need to work with limited direct supervision.
  • Master's degree
  • 4+ years of experience with at least 2+ years sales experience
  • Well established knowledge of Dell Sales and Services structures is an advantage
  • Track record of Project Management with excellent admin skills
  • English language is a must + any European language is beneficial (especially German or French)
  • Multi-lingual skills would be an advantage
