HR trainee is an important resource supporting HR Assistance, TMR, Compensation & Benefits and HR manager with assistance regarding document creation, filing, basic administration of external vendors to HR, organisation of workshops and other duties where systematic approach, reliability and confidentiality are required. This position is supporting HR department on Bratislava site.
Main tasks include but are not limited to:
· Organising translations of HR related documents
· Creation and maintenance of employees’ files
· Production of hard copy documentation for employees, coordinating the cooperation with external agency when needed
· Processing Purchase Order requests for sourcing of goods and services in use of HR department
· Supporting Site benefits events organization
· Preparing reports
· Other basic administrative tasks as specified by HR Manager and HR Administrator

Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
· MUST BE a University student; HR specialisation preferred but not required
· Available to work 20 hours a week on flexible schedule
· Fluent in English
· User of MS Windows (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
· Smart, dependable, understands and keeps confidentiality of information handled
