Job description, responsibilities and duties

In order to further strengthen our positions in Slovak market, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Sales team based in Bratislava.
 As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of the assigned territory and for supporting our customers to build more profitable businesses using our knowledge, products and business strategies.

What will be your key responsibilities? 
• Ensure that the objectives of the company are met with regards to volume and value of the products offered for the dedicated area
• Actively seek and identify new business opportunities and partners
• Keep in regular contact with customers with regular visits, identify their needs and opportunities for business development, set priorities and evaluate their performance
• Provide regular support to ensure partner objectives are achieved (training, product presentations, marketing and administrative support)
• Develop strategies and plan effective promotional activities for the managed region, based on information about the market, customers, products, competitors, etc.
• Ensure all relevant data about the partners and agreements made is properly input in the CRM
• Prepare quality weekly and monthly reports on the results, as required by the Line Manager

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Educational Specialization

Experience in sales of insurance products would be an asset
