As a Facility/Maintenance Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Real Estate & amp; Operations team. Your role will involve planning, developing, and leading building maintenance activities, ensuring the safety of our people and assets while driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across our real estate portfolio in Slovakia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1: Embark on a Journey with the Real Estate & Operations Team, Enriching the Functional Group with Your Expertise and Dedication.

2: Spearheading Building Maintenance: Plan, Develop, and Execute maintenance activities aligned with global standards while adapting to Slovak norms, ensuring the safety of people and assets.

3: Energy Efficiency Leadership: Manage initiatives within new and existing real estate projects, driving energy efficiency and sustainability throughout our portfolio in Slovakia.

Requirements on candidates:

- Passion for sports and a curious, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proactive and open-minded with a willingness to adapt to new cultures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Degree in construction or related field preferred.
- Flexible to travel with a valid driving license.
