Department manager of Cycling - Decathlon Banská Bystrica

Join us as a department manager, you’ll be running your own business from the start.

You will be responsible for:
- recruiting, integrating and developing your own team
- creating commercial policy and layout of your department
- managing your stock, team and time
- deciding on future steps in your commercial activities

It’s not a nine-to-five desk job, so you’ll need plenty of energy and a desire to work hands-on, in a customer-facing environment.

We are looking for SLOVAK NATIVE SPEAKER
graduate and/or with previous experience that is:
- passionate about sport
- energetic
- responsible and organized
- customer oriented
- with possitive approach to life and challenges
- team player seeking for an active role and making decisions
- flexible to relocate
- speaking fluent english
