Your role
In the role of Oracle Developer at Datavard you will work on solutions and resolve a wide range of issues, as necessary.
You will typically be responsible for:

- participate in determining objectives and approaches to assignments
- provide production support and fine tuning for custom built applications
- design and develop data models, etc.
- perform ongoing analysis
- maintain reporting function by troubleshooting problems or work interruptions
Your skills
- Experience as DBA or database developer
- Experience as an Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Developer
- Experience in design/implementation of business applications using RDBMS
- Expertise in application development using Oracle 12c, 11g
- Ability to effectively make use of Table Functions, Indexes, Table Partitioning
- Ability to make use of Collections, Analytical functions and Materialized Views
- Good knowledge on logical and physical Data Modeling using normalizing techniques
- Expertise in the creation of databases, table spaces, tables, indexes, users, grants, etc.
- Ability to develop database objects like Stored Procs, Functions, Packages, Triggers, using SQL & PL/SQL
- Ability to develop materialized views for data replication in distributed environments
- Working knowledge of features such as Query Optimizer, Execution Plans and Indexes
- Experience with Performance Tuning for Oracle RDBMS using Explain Plan and HINTS
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience with manual scripting using SQL and PL/SQL
