Solution Center Lead at SAP BW Services

At DataVard we are organizing ourselves into Solution Centers. Each solution center is a team of 5 to 10 professionals. We believe having small teams gives us the option to stay close to people. It also give us ability to listen to new ideas and individual needs to build individual development plans and career paths.
Your Solution Center will be responsible for delivering consulting services for SAP BW data transformations scenarios or other DataVard products. The team consists of young, dynamic and smart people who are working with international and large customers. We build and use cutting edge technologies in SAP.
As Solution Center Lead your task is to ensure quality and success, develop your team, improve and set up processes, and prepare reports for your management.

• Quality assurance of delivered services
• High level planning and budget tracking
• Active participation on DataVard and SAP events
