International Sales Manager for EMEA region

Your role

  • Proactive and structured sales actions in EMEA with direct & indirect sales opportunities
  • Generate new license revenue with focus on new business
  • Proactive up- & cross selling actions in existing customer base to increase the total customer lifetime value
  • Generate a strong and reliable EMEA direct sales pipeline of new and advanced opportunities, at a size and quality that will convert to plan achievement
  • Extend the recurring revenue base through focus on subscription license model as well as increase maintenance rates
  • Responsible for effective lead sourcing (cold calling, emailing, referrals etc.), opportunity development and deal negotiation
  • Strategic collaboration in virtual account teams to work together on global enterprise accounts
  • Close cooperation with Channel Management to drive and close indirect sales opportunities
  • Work with strategic sales tools; e.g. Blue sheet or Account Plan
  • Build strong relationships to prospects and customers; you are the “trusted advisor”
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and convincingly demonstrate how Datavard solutions can help them to achieve their business goals
  • Work with marketing team to identify how they can help drive lead generation
  • Meet prospects and existing customers at Fairs, Tradeshows, Events and onsite appointments in your sales region
  • Be proactive, forward thinking and passionate about strategic ability to deliver customer satisfaction
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales on a weekly basis
  • Close cooperation with Consulting teams to drive successfully presales positioning of DataVard to meet requirements of the customers and opportunities

Your skills

  • 4+ Sales experience in software or IT Business
  • Experience in direct and indirect sales methods
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent business English is a must
  • Any other foreign language is highly recommended
  • Professional communication skills
  • Driving License
