- Previous experience with customer support is a distinct advantage
- Team player – dynamic and flexible personality
- Possibility to work at least 20hours during the week on an ad-hoc basis
- Excellent IT skills
- Individual must be reliable and responsible

- Experience with working abroad will be considered an advantage
