Business Intelligence Data and Process Analyst at Danfoss
Are you an experienced business professional dedicated to the support and development of high quality Business Intelligence (BI) systems? And does the idea of participating in bringing Danfoss BI to the next level appeal to you? Then you could be the BI Data and Process Analyst we are looking for in Danfoss BI.

Proactive analysis and support in an international setup
You will be a part of an international team of 7 specialists located in Denmark and Slovenia. You do not have to be in one of the above location, the only criteria are, that you are in the same time zone as Denmark, where your manager is located. We need you and your competences to help us proactively deliver value-adding support, analysis and insight for our business. We are met by high expectations, and it is essential for us to understand our stakeholders’ business challenges in order to provide optimal support.

You will be a part of a highly qualified team and reporting to the Manager of BI User Interaction EMA/APAC. Along with your team, you will help ensuring that our BI solutions are used ideal to minimize errors and to be aligned with target architecture and future roadmap. Our BI solutions are built on the newest technology platforms, such as BW on HANA, SAP Business Objects and SAP Fiori, and you will be performing governance, change management and support in that environment.

It will be among your key tasks to:

• Analyze data incidences and processes to optimize BI solutions and reports
• Create guides to optimize easy use of BI data
• Governance of the Super User groups
• Participate in BI development projects
• Handle BI changes
• Process change management.

Strong business professional with good communicative skills
Your background may vary; but you must hold a Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Sales/Marketing, IT, Business Administration, Engineering or similar. However, you have a strong business understanding probably with an in-depth knowledge and 5+ years for experience of SAP ERP, e.g. Super user experience and/or IT developer knowledge is an advantage. You have the ability to understand business needs, a flair for numbers and good insight in IT solution structures and processes.
On a personal level, you are robust and used to work under pressure. You are service- and openminded towards sharing knowledge and you might have project management skills. You possess the necessary drive in combination with a strong, fact-based approach to your tasks. Moreover, you are used to perform in a changing and international working environment, and you are proficient in English, both in writing and speech.
