Operational Finance Analyst

Due to organic growth within the Danfoss procurement area we are now looking for a new colleague to Danfoss Procurement Order Management (GS-POM) organization. We are the global process owner of operational procurement processes of indirect materials and services in Danfoss, and work in an international and well-functioning global team-setup. We are offering you an opportunity to take an operational finance analyst role on a global scale ensuring the best possible way to support the future global procurement process within Danfoss.

As our new Operational Finance Analyst your overall mission will be to support colleagues in POM organization within Procurement process of indirect materials and services. We will rely on you to ensure continuous activities on our core processes.

Your specific key tasks will be:

• Maintenance of finance master data for indirect purchasing
• Reporting for indirect purchasing
• Support within implementation of global projects
• Support process reviews

You will be provided with great opportunities to start and develop your career and skills in a dynamic, global organization, using your competencies the best way possible. As the job has a global scope, there will be some travel activities (but not more than 10% of working time).

Our expectations from candidates:

• Bachelor degree from Finance, Accounting or Purchasing
• 1 year of experiences in Finance (Accounts payable or Controlling)
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge
• Good English skills in written and spoken
• Team player and flexible regarding changes
• Detail oriented and responsible in terms of getting things done in agreed due date and with best quality
• Good cooperation skills and a constructive approach to team work
• It will be an advantage if you have experience with SAP – finance or purchasing module
