Due to expansion we are looking for new full-time colleagues to join our Global Services organization.

You will be responsible for
  • Monitoring customer accounts and maintaining customer financial and credit data
  • Following up on open items, solving of disputed items and resolution of blocked orders
  • Networking with key stakeholders
  • Credit worthiness reviews
  • Supporting risk analysis
Your education and experience
  • Minimum secondary education, advantage is within business/financial background, with 0-2 years of experience
  • Analysis and problem solving skills, good communication abilities, flexibility, teamwork and ability to work in changing environment
  • Quality focus and attention to details
  • Intermediate English and German skills; any other languages are advantage
  • Basic excel knowledge where preparing and producing spreadsheets
