Team Leader - Credit & Collection

Can you lead a team in credit and collection function and have bookkeeping experience? Than you might be our new Team Leader for Credit and Collection department. Due to expansion we are looking for new full-time team leaders to join our Global Services organization.

You will be responsible for

• Blocked orders resolution
• Credit worthiness reviews
• Supporting risk analysis
• Maintaining customer credit data
• Identifying potential inefficiencies
• Continuous improvement of existing processes
• People management (especially training and people development)

Your education and experience

• Minimum secondary education, advantage is within business/financial background, with 3-5 years of experience in finance and leading people
• Analysis and problem solving skills, good communication abilities, flexibility, teamwork and ability to work in changing environment
• Quality focus and attention to details
• Intermediate English and German skills; any other languages are advantage
• Good excel skills, SAP will be an advantage
