Lean Transformation Expert

Do you want to see the world through LEAN glasses? As a Lean Transformation Expert your primary responsibility will be to facilitate change management projects by implementing best practice tools and processes at Danfoss Power Solutions locations across the globe. You will act as a consultant to managers in manufacturing, supply chain and administrative areas. Together, you will obtain tangible results in terms of optimizing quality, delivery, cost and cash flow, by ensuring an efficient value chain.

Your key responsibilities:
• Manage and train a dedicated project team during four-month transformation projects
• Train shop floor employees and leaders in using Danfoss Power Solutions-specific lean tools and standards
• Implement structure to sustain improvements
• Drive a culture of performance and continuous improvement
• Enable cross-functional cooperation between purchasing, production and product development
• Contribute to develop best practice tools and processes, as well as ensuring their successful implementation
