Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Play an active part in a leading global real estate services firm, top company with revenue over $5 billion with international platform of best talent, best service and working with the best clients.
- Active new business acquisition and consultancy in Retail field
- Advise on commercial and technical aspects of commercial real estate
- Assist clients through the entire process of acquiring lease on property premises
- Negotiation with landlords and interface between tenants/landlords/investors
- Property research and presentations tailored to the client requirement
- Advise on leasing strategy (measurements, rental levels, lease conditions)
- Understanding real estate business – keen to learn (key points of lease terms / lease summaries, discounted cash flows, qualitative analyses, workplace strategy, etc.)
- Retail market consultancy, client acquisition, tenant representation and research
