Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

- Responsibility for HR agenda and Office Management
- Monthly Payroll
- Preparing HR reports
- Responsible for advertising vacant positions
- Cover whole hiring processes (Researching of candidates, contacting candidates, interviewing of candidates)
- Organize and provide entry trainings for new incomers
- F2F meetings with employee
- Provide and organize trainings in close cooperation with HR Department in Prague
- Updating of company internal HR rules

- Office Management - Responsible for ISO 9001:2008– C&W performance and certification and attendance during the audits
- Cooperation with Slovak Telekom
Responsibility for car insurance etc.

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
