Compliance Advisor in area of Ethics and Frauds for CSOB Bank

*participation on continuous development of Fraud Risk Management processes in bank *analyse and investigate internal or external fraud suspicious cases, breaking of ethical rules and whistleblowing cases; ability to coordinate investigation team *regular assessment of the identified Red Flags, new fraud trends and fraud patterns *execution of fraud prevention controls e.g. Compliance Monitoring Programme as a regular and irregular second line control in different areas within the bank *propose appropriate actions and recommendations to mitigate fraud risk and Code of Conduct violations *cooperate with the other units within the bank to ensure that proper risk mitigations are in place *ensure sufficient fraud awareness within the bank (e.g. trainings for employees, e-learning etc.) *ensure regular and irregular reporting to KBC and communication with KBC authorities *participation in projects related to Fraud Risk Management
