Job description, responsibilities and duties

What we are looking for

Technical education and process oriented background which gives you higher possibility to get up to speed on used systems and technologies.
Customer oriented - ability to identify CRM related business requirements and have understanding on how those requirements need to be translated into a technical concept and design.
Willing to learn

You’re expected to

Independently work (after training period) and find solutions to technical and business related problems, and communicate them internally
Conduct first level support for Automotive Retail applications (remotely done)
Follow up and management of issues
Conduct business tests for new releases
Parameterization/Customization of MS CRM and basic function development
