Business Analyst M/F

for its Bratislava based company

Responsibilities:
- Participation and collaboration on the implementation of products/services at client site
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution and supports the client during the acceptance phase
- Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements
- Provides support to IT staff for definition of the Software Requirements Specification and of other documents
- Guarantees the planned costs/deadlines/man days with reference to the project
- Manages the relationship towards the internal players and towards the external players in order to produce effective solutions for the client
- Sets up and control the plan of activities, reports internally & externally
- Supports the sales staff during the sales phase as a product specialist and gathers the explicit and implict customer needs in order to develop high value added solutions
