We are looking for suitable candidates for the role of Service Desk Agent in our company w

Key tasks & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for the users who call IT Service Desk
- User support and customer service
- Resolution of users´ requests in timely fashion
- Escalation of unresolved issues/requests to the IT team
- Troubleshooting basic end user issues and provide basic desktop support

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Language skills:
- Slovak, Hungarian and English language - fluent

Skills and personality requirements:
- 2 years of experience with service desk tool (create reports, manage tickets)
- Basic level knowledge in area supporting end user computer
- Basic knowledge of IT services
- ITIL- advantage
- Customer focus
