Key tasks & Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for the users who call IT Service Desk
  • User support and customer service
  • Resolution of users´ requests in timely fashion
  • Escalation of unresolved issues/requests to the IT team
  • Troubleshooting basic end user issues and provide basic desktop support

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Language skills:
  • Slovak, Hungarian and English language - fluent

Skills and personality requirements:
  • 2 years of experience with service desk tool (create reports, manage tickets)
  • Basic level knowledge in area supporting end user computer
  • Basic knowledge of IT services
  • ITIL- advantage
  • Customer focus
