Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are seeking candidates for the position of Sales Manager in one of our daughter companies. The Sales Manager will manage waste management sales activities on the domestic market, customer portfolio and have active impact on the sales results. He/She will also ensure motivation, development and performance of the assigned team.
- Strategy: Support development of sales strategy, its implementations and delivery of planned results. Focus on key accounts and searching for new business opportunities.
- Team: Manage and motivate the assigned department and ensure development and performance of the team members.
- Customers: Promotes positive relationship with major customers. Ensures the client satisfaction with the service quality and personal contact with top clients.
- Collection: Resolution of account receivables, credit policy, adjustment of credit limits and resolution of sales returns.
