Job description, responsibilities and duties
In the position of Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Define project scope, goals, milestones, tasks and support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders. Plan personnel utilization (determine responsibilities, personnel planning).
- Monitor project progress and success (assess risks to the success of project and take appropriate measures for avoidance). Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals.
- Present interim result, cooperate with management, stakeholders and steering committees and carry out reviews.
- Efficiently identifies and solves project issues.
- Coach, mentor, monitor and supervise project team members and third-party consultants, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Manage conflicts and crises within project team.
