Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for a candidate for Recruitment Specialist role who will:
- run recruiting process for Slovakia and Hungary in order to fill vacant positions on request of HR business partners, considering both internal and external candidates
- elaborate and maintain recruiting and hiring standards and procedures (incl. designs of application forms, standardization of screening and interviewing) in line with the corporate standards
- provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team
- participate in HR process system improvements and initiatives to improve employer brand and awareness (cooperation with schools/institutions)
