CRH IS OPENING BRAND NEW CREATIVE PLACE FOR TALENTED PEOPLE!

To our dynamic international environment we are looking for a O2C Lead for the department of Order to Cash. This role is responsible for leading a team of O2C Specialists, who will be investigating customer payment, discrepancies, ensure prompt resolution of such and apply adjustments and reconciliation.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage all Sales Administration, Master Data, Invoicing and Billing processes/services consistent with HARP and other internal/external audit requirements.
  • Provide leadership across all components of the O2C process to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of provided services.
  • Finalize SLAs with customers and complete SOPs for the services provided. Ensure regular updates of the SOPs. Provide timely and meaningful reporting of KPIs, and other metrics to appropriate business units and upper management. Proactive customer relationship management.
  • Responsible for planning and cost management of activities within his/her scope of authority. Monitor and execute internal control procedures to comply with internal/external audit requirements.
  • Ensure smooth overtaking and operation of newly transferred processes. SSC process designs are consistent with best practice, instigating process improvement initiatives where appropriate. Deliver quality, cost and productivity that meets or exceeds service level agreement specifications.
  • Ensure SSC policies, processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, up-to-date and documented.
  • Identify and recommend necessary changes in financial policies and procedures to optimize effective and efficient performance.
  • Responsible for staff training and education, for promotion and salary decisions for all Order-to-Cash staff, provide performance feedback, coaching & development to team members.

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1) and Hungarian - Advanced (C1)

  • Fluent in English
  • Proven track record in leading and motivating teams
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable process and systems
  • Proficient in using SAP accounts receivable module (or similar)
  • Strong team player with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Effective written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications

Preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance, business or accounting
  • 5+ years of practical accounting experience
  • 4+ leadership experience
  • Project Management Experience
  • Lean / Six Sigma Qualified
  • Shared Service Implementation Experience
