Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

Your will be responsible for managing local finance and accounting practices within country and support shared service directive to migrate transactional F&A activities into a shared service center. Your main tasks will be:
  • Preparation of final sign-off of statutory accounts.
  • Leading internal & external audits of the finance department.
  • Filing of corporate tax returns including but not limited to excise duties, income tax, withholding tax, motor vehicle tax, property tax and EC sales list.
  • File VAT returns with local governing bodies, support SSC in the preparation of VAT returns and local tax document preparation.
  • Manage intercompany transfer pricing process, ensure all transfer pricing documentation are in place and support with resolving any transfer pricing tax issues.
  • Act as key point of contact for co-ordination with local tax authorities and custom office
  • Review and approve all local supplier and vendor contracts as necessary.
  • Perform annual tax planning activities.
  • Coordinate fixed assets and inventory accounting.
  • Lead small team of tax specialists.
