Junior Lawyer

Your main role will be to take responsibility for the legal purity of the company and all its legal acts.
Accountabilities:

• Support collection of the company’s receivables
• Check or elaborate contracts reflecting the company’s needs in line with requirements of the company’s individual departments
• Support preparation of the legal department’s standpoints on legal issues
• Support creation of internal regulations
• Cover other areas of legal work as needed (corporate agenda, HR issues, etc.)
• Representation of the company before state and local administration bodies
