    Your main role will be to assist the CEO in:
    * Organizing his calendar, arranging meetings, conferences, business trips and support in different administrative tasks.
    * Ensuring all organizational activities related to meetings and events, keeping Meeting Minutes and follow up on agreed actions
    * Administration of databases, SAP orders creation, invoice control and evidence.
    * Participation on / coordination of internal and external projects and tasks as assigned by management team.
