Country manager

We are looking for a motivated COUNTRY MANAGER who will work in a very dynamic environment of quick-loan business.

Responsibilities :

o Deputising for the MD
o Provides direction and management of several key functions, such as administration, legal compliance, operations, human resources, technology and finance
o Working on business development plans
o Forecasting and achieving business targets
o Understanding and acting on financial performance
o Working with colleagues to identify and respond to business trends

What we are looking for :

o Min 5 years experience in senior management role
o Willingness to travel
o Driven and self motivated personality
o Excellent attention to detail
o Experience of change management
o Ability to lead and motivate others
o Demonstrated ability in leading, mentoring, and managing an effective staff
