Full Stack Developer

Your role

You are our technical lead on products and key product component. Working closely with department and product architects, you are a clutch player who makes sure our products meet business requirements, fit into our overall product line, and meet our professional standards.

Responsibilities
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of your projects
• Have good understanding of data modeling and systme integration
• Create designs for features and major enhancements of your products/components
• Provide development estimates of new features and enhancements
• Mentor new developers working on your projects
• Understand the business needs and drivers of your product/component(s)
• Enforce departmental coding standards and best practices for your product/component(s)
• Take accountability for the performance and reliability of your product/component(s)
• Make sure code is well-written, well-documented, and well-tested
• Participate in an Agile, Lean-based development process
• Be organized and successful working on your own or in a small team environment
