Job description, responsibilities and duties

Responsibilities:  

  • Ensure execution of all relevant activities and tasks to introduce and implement the global rollout template in R2R 
  • Enable a R2R team and prepare, plan, execute and steer their rollout activities throughout all phases in a country
  • Document and manage issues, gaps and solutions in accordance with the project methodology
  • Business Process representative function for "Record to Report – (R2R)" at the assigned location
  • Assess R2R E2E processes and applications and defend the template according to its guiding and design principles
  • Define project tasks including resource planning and agree on utilization of required experts
  • Manage your international virtual team of multiple functions and competencies
  • Involve the IT units to design the technical solutions required for the rollout
  • Build and drive Task Forces to solve critical issues
  • Participate, present and defend central standpoint in local and central management meetings
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate and improve project progress
  • Report to relevant stakeholders
  • Guarantee high quality and on time production of all deliverables

Requirements:  

  • Fluent English is must  
  • Experience from GL/RTR Accounting department
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and processes 
  • Experience in complex, international and interdisciplinary projects 
  • Knowledge about SAP
  • Analytical and structured way of work
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications
  • Readiness to travel
