Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst working on various HR projects in our client team. You should be experienced with Data Visualization and Analysis in Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Active participation and in various HR projects assigned to client´s team
• Support maintenance and improvements of the existing HR Reporting Database in close collaboration with IT
• Use Tableau data visualization tool to generate compelling, interactive visualizations across various data sources
• Develop complex metric dashboards to further accelerate self-service capabilities, helping us to move away from manual reporting processes
• Analyze and assess business challenges, evaluate appropriate solutions based on data analytics and visualizations, present your recommendations to the client’s middle or top management
• Use Tableau to convert existing Excel Dashboards into Tableau dashboards
• Participate in crafting a strong data visualization strategy 
• Build and provide data visualization trainings for the team in Bratislava together with our other Tableau specialist
• Address identified data quality issues actively with the respective teams within HR

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of work experience in similar roles
• 1-2 years Tableau Desktop and modeling skills with dashboard design capabilities
• Experienced in working with business leaders to define problem statements and solve them with advanced data driven solutions
• Able to communicate effectively across different levels and various business functions
• Creative approach to data visualization and good design aesthetic. Appreciate beauty and simplicity in reporting data
• Proficient at SQL, wrangling data, and synthesizing large amounts of information
• Solution and delivery oriented, stress resistant and team player
• Excellent English language skills (written & oral) is a must
• In-depth knowledge towards Excel as well business information systems, preferably also SAP/SuccessFactors would be an asset too
