Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Ensure prompt communication with clients regarding various malfunctions on products.
Responsibilities:
- Active communication with customers regarding claims and quality
- Ensure reports fulfilment in line with agreed SLAs
- Active cooperation with quality team
- Malfunctions reporting and evaluation
- Coordination of service engineers
- Minimize serial production deviations
- Quality standards implementation
Requirements:
- Advanced English (German beneficial)
- 2+ years in automotive industry
- 1+ years in quality (customer)
- Knowledge of QMS standards (ISO, VDA)
- Knowledge of quality tools (APQP, FMEA, 8D, QFD)
- Stress resistant, time management, prioritization
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
