Quality Engineer - APQP

Responsibilities:

• Manages all activities from the acquisition of the new project to the start of the production
• Coordinates quality issues between R & D, Manufacturing, suppliers and customers
• Controls and monitors APQP tasks in new projects 
• Supports and co-ordinates towards suppliers and customers in all technical issues 
• Provides support Quality Manager in customer complaints, delivery claims, analyzes, 8D reports
• Supports purchasing department and SQA in the area of ​​supply issues - along with the R & D
• Actively participates in R & D project meetings, reviews / reports
• Releases and approves equipment, processes, production and products
• Care for quality concept (QFD, FMEA, control panel); Performs or participate in a P-FMEA meeting
• Draw up and validate control plans
• Defines, plans, and implements corrective actions in response to customer requirements

Requirements:

• University education in technical field
• Intermediate knowledge of English or German + intermediate level of Slovak!
• At least 1 year of working experiance on a similar position or 2 years of working experience in automotive
• Experience with OEM or supplier TIER 1
• Knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, DOE, QFD
• Experience with structured problem solving: Global 8D (Fishbone, 5 Whys)
• Knowledge of QMS standards (VDA, ISO TS 16949)
• Work with technical documentation, drawings 
• Project management
• Driving license:B
