Job description, responsibilities and duties
YOUR JOB:
- You will perform technical analysis, system design, implementation, unit/system testing of the database changes or interfaces according to business needs
- You will collaborate with other teams in defining functionality, scope and time lines
- You will ensure the data warehouse solutions get developed in an agile, flexible way and remain maintainable by keeping a clean design and following internal standards
- You will improve data flows and enhance the automation of interfaces
- Key skills include the ability to bring ideas from concept to reality and being able to communicate effectively to all partners
- will be responsible for database design, development of a common Risk Management warehouse project and existing solutions in close collaboration with associated business analysts and software engineers.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have strong SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) development skills (Data modelling, Database / DWH design, Performance tuning)
- Knowledge of ETL (Informatica PowerCenter), SQL Server, MDX, DAX, unit testing concepts is a plus
- Curiosity and willingness to constantly learn and improve
- Interest in new approaches in data warehousing
- Ability to understand complex information models and IT solutions
- You are familiar with Agile development methodologies (e.g. Scrum, DevOps)
- Communication skills – fluent in English
