Finance Manager (international project team)

Responsibilities: 

• Financial responsibility for new programs including business program profitability, planning, product pricing 
• Define tasks and timing to achieve or improve program financial goals (roadmap to target) together with the Program Management Team during all phases of the program 
• Management of all program financial aspects during the change management process 
• Provide and secure integration of detailed financial information (e.g. price, volume) for plant controlling, for profit plan and forecast
• Ensure comparability of global programs 
• Leading the Finance Team 

Requirements: 

• German and English language on the advanced level 
• University degree or equivalent business background with a strong focus on controlling/finance 
• At least 2-3 years of experience in the area of controlling/project management environment preferably in the automotive industry 
• Good MS Office knowledge 
• Strong time management and high analytical working skills and strong team orientation 
• Willingness to travel in Europe
