Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for Java Developer for Talend API Gateway to the team of our client.
Location: Bratislava or Kosice or Brno
Responsibilities
- You will build API workflows that communicate with many services using the Talend Open Studio Enterprise Service Bus software.
- You will build APIs based on business requirements. The developer will use skills in Java, web services, and API structures to create workflows that will pull data from a wide range of services across our client, manipulate the data, and return the data in a highly-structured format.
- Will be required to adhere to the principles of scrum (honesty, openness, and transparency) in all work. May be required to collaborate with other teams within the organization to deliver product documentation.
- Familiarity with and experience in Java and Web Services, including REST and SOAP APIs.
Requirements
- Fluent in English language
- Ability to write thorough product documentation
- Java
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML
- Experience in using and building REST/Soap APIs, WebServices, JSON
Preferred, but not mandatory
- ReactJS, Angular, Ember, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Docker, Jenkins, Git/GitHub
- Agile methodology, JIRA
