Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects/products
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define PDP project tasks and resource requirements
- Set up timeline of the project and facilitate activities in order achieving this goal
- Set up and coordinate project team
- Manage project budget
- Monitor and adjust project resource allocation
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders as required
- Lead the team in both technical and non-technical problem solving
Requirements:
- Advanced English (German beneficial)
- 3+ years in leading positions
- Previous experience with product development in automotive
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Stress resistant, time management, prioritization
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
