Cloud Infrastructure Architect

YOUR JOB:

• acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for network related aspects of the complete Infrastructure-as-a-Service product portfolio
• develop new products and services based on the requirements from the business community, and to create and govern standards and guidelines for various products and technologies
•  will also be responsible for solving incidents and problems, which could not handle by our operations team and drive forward automation and standardization, to improve supportability of the different services.
• Plans and ensures proper training and testing of tools and processes
• Captures innovations, lessons learned and successes on projects and shares them within the organization
• Collaborates with stakeholders and project teams to identify needs and gather requirements
• Optimize the existing environment by evaluating and developing new technologies/products/concepts and lead lab testing; manage roadmaps and product portfolios
• Provides expert technical assistance for issues that cannot be resolved within operations and reviews product and integration architecture
• Interact with the outsourcing partner(s) to insure that they develop, validate and support the solutions required
• you will be part of the Product Architecture and Engineering team, where you  design and securely integrate innovative products
• team   is mainly focused on the base infrastructure and platform, this includes operating systems including Windows and Linux, network and network related security services, the server virtualization platform and IaaS Cloud services

YOUR PROFILE:

• Excellent knowledge of concepts, engineering, implementation, usage and operations;
• Strong troubleshooting skills; able to analyze issues/problems, identify alternative solutions including consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations
• Good knowledge of networking for enterprise workloads in virtualized environments
•  Understanding of cloud networking concepts with focus on Microsoft Azure and AWS, and hybrid mode models (combinations of on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud setups)
• Strong security background
• Ability to prepare business and technical content for business cases and project documentation
•  Understand of Infrastructure as Code principles and ideally also Service Oriented Architecture, Microservices and related paradigms
• Application performance management
•  Knowledge of the following tools/technologies is a strong plus: GIT, Bamboo, Terraform, Nomad, Kubernetes, Docker
• OSI, TCP/IP: solid understanding of the OSI protocol stack and TCP/IP networking (must have)
• LAN WLAN
• Network security
• SDN: knowledge of SDN principles 
• Firewall and Security (networking)
