PTP Group Manager

The PTP Group manager is responsible predominantly for managing the assigned PTP group and for achieving targeted KPIs. He/she is responsible for incoming migrations and the overall quality of services provided to customers within group.  

Responsibilities:  

• Organisational and operational leadership of the assigned group in the PTP service line 
• Guide people managers to ensure there is a solid personal base for providing good quality services in healthy working environment
• Ensure personal development and support of team leads and senior staff 
• Set targets for team leads, performs evaluation and provides feedback 
• Ensure timely and of required quality provision of efficient PTP services for internal customers in a defined area of responsibility
• Create and maintain clear structure, interfaces and responsibilities within the group and ensure efficient communication within the group and outside (customers and suppliers – if needed and appropriate) 
• Identify process improvement measures and drive their implementation 
• Ensure incoming migration activities are executed in an efficient manner as per migration plan 
• Ensure all group-wide policies are followed 
• Cooperates on group-wide projects 
• Manage customer relations for his/her group in co-ordination with overall communication concept 

Requirements: 

• Fluent spoken and written English is a must 
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting or Procurement, out of which at least 3 years management experience of managing a team 
• Advanced knowledge of SAP 
• Very good organisational and analytical skills 
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivating personality 
• Reliability and flexibility 
• Willingness to adapt to ongoing changes 
• Attitude to trigger changes / improvements 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
