Job description, responsibilities and duties

YOUR JOB:

  • support internal planning, governance and reporting for the HR function in EMEA
  • act as a regional focal interface between the HR entities  in EMEA and being responsible for facilitating the internal planning, management and control of functions
  • support collation of data and presentations for key processes such as performance management, compensation, workforce planning, talent review, succession planning, employee engagement , etc.
  • ad hoc analysis and presentation of analysis as requested as well as the execution of workforce planning (summary and consolidation of inputs etc.).
  • support Head of HR EMEA with regional and functional reporting 
  • communicate the list of employees to Performance Management - Produce Performance Management completion reports and ensure an accurate flow of data between regions
  • provide analysis of Talent data, create inputs and materials  for meetings
  • Consolidate program and graduate nominations and validate nomination quality 
  • Support the HR EMEA Leadership Team - Consolidate input from stakeholders and make the required system changes
  • Deliver human capital metrics and financial KPI's reports, and provide analytical support as requested
  • Support the Business Manager in the preparation of financial closings and financial reporting 
  • Act as focal point for risk and governance and reporting related topics in HR EMEA Project Management
  • you will be part of the local HR team in Bratislava
  • You are reporting to the HR Business Manager EMEA and will support your line manager in several analytical belongings in order to enable strategic and operational decisions
  • daily tasks include financial analytics, operational risk management, coordination in governance activities, across 14 countries in EMEA, as well as supporting the design of strategic measures with direct impact on the region and businesses.

YOUR SKILLS:



  • Bachelor Degree Business Administration, with Major in Human Resources, Finance/Risk Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years business experience, ideally working with a regional/global team in matrix organisation
  • Familiarity with HR processes and HR data
  • Advanced English skills is a must
  • Proficient Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • learner of new applications/software
  • Strong team player with a client-centric attitude and effective interpersonal/intercultural communication skills
  • Detail orientated and strong quantitative/analytical skills
  • Able to work with a remote team
  • advanced in SQL, Excel, pivot tables,  controlling and planning principles
