Senior Financial Analyst (SAP and HFM Controller)

Responsibilities:

• Month-end close SAP coordination, including closing/opening periods, correction of kickouts, platform allocations (running and managing cycles) and direct resolution of any issues that come up during the close
• Joint responsibility for any SAP or month-end closing questions coming from SAP plants
• Providing ad-hoc analysis of SAP transaction data for any kind of reports
• Developing SAP queries (such as mass changes of documents or master data; uploads/downloads)
• Reviewing SAP standard reports used by Finance functions
• Providing SAP training to central functions and plants
• Improvements on process and also application level (mostly in VBA)
• Key contact point for all HFM/FDM queries
• Managing SAP to HFM uploads - scheduling of loads, checking, validations, kickouts identification in SAPs and solution
• HFM or MEC validations and ensuring proper consolidation process
• Coordination of HFM changes with BU process leads
• Providing of HFM/FDM trainings in BBC or in the region
• Proactively identifying gaps in the system for improved performance
• Special projects and project management

Requirements:

• Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Degree in Economics or Finance field
• Experience with SAP (at least basics, expert knowledge is an advantage)
• Advanced Excel knowledge (expert knowledge is an advantage)
• Visual Basic knowledge is an advantage
• HFM knowledge is an advantage
• Flexibility
