Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
- define the architecture, concepts and design elements for the various products and oversees their implementation in cooperation with the operations team
- responsible for defining performance, integrity and security of the ECM technology stack
- define the necessary processes that allows the Operations team to proactively manage and monitor systems in scope
- planning, complex problem analysis, troubleshooting and professional consultancy to clients
- manage and take technical ownership of products and services in ECM Stack (defining Architecture - Based on stakeholder requirements, standards, Roadmaps, Product updates, new releases etc.)
Technical Skills
- 5+ years experience in the IT Domain ideally around ECM systems and technologies
- A good understanding of wider infrastructure components such as network services, Storage, windows and Linux.
- Good understanding of cloud technologies like PaaS, IaaS, virtualization, self service service design etc.
- Hands on Experience with map/reduce based solutions like Hadoop, Hive etc.
- Willingness to learn new technologies like those in the IBM Watson portfolio
- Working experience with outsourced teams Language Skills
- English
- Result leadership in project management and in 3rd level support requests are key
