Job description, responsibilities and duties
Náplň práce:
- IT Support administrátor bude riešiť problémy lokálnej infraštruktúry a úzko spolupracovať s centrálou v zahraničí.
- Je zameraný komplexnú technickú podporu v oblasti ICT - infraštruktúry a Microsoft aplikácii, MS Office a správu HW a SW a celej IT infraštruktúry až po phone service.
- Administrácia lokálnej ICT infraštruktúry 1st-Level
- Podpora užívateľských desktopov a notebookov (práca s desktopovými operačnými systémami : Windows 7)
- Práca so serverovými OS 2008/2012 R2, virtuálne servre VMware, ESX - podpora MS Office
Osobnostné predpoklady a zručnosti
• 1-2 roky skúsenosti na obdobnej pozícii
• Aktívna znalosť AJ
• vhodné pre absolventa VŠ s praktickými skúsenosťami v oblasti IT supportu aspoň 2 roky
• vzdelanie: vysoká škola technického zamerania, alebo stredná škola + niekoľkoročná 2 ročná praktická skúsenosť v príslušnej oblasti
• Dobrá znalosť technológií:
- Microsoft serveru (Windows Server, DPM, SharePoint / MOSS, Exchange, WSUS)
- Skúsenosti v oblasti virtualizácie, sieťová infraštruktúra (VPN, WLAN, VLAN, CISCO)
- Skúsenosti s Linux Client/Server (SUSE/Ubuntu), nastavovovanie nástrojov bezpečnosti (firewall, antivírus) výhodou
• analytické myslenie a komunikačné schopnosti
• Schopnosť poskytovať support koncovým užívateľom
