Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach junior accountants and train new team members
- Verify and post invoices via SAP
- Control mandatory fields in OCR as orders and other requirements necessary for invoice recording
- Process returned invoices, cancels invoices and checks open items
- Prepare payment proposal list
- Communicate with the customer and suppliers
- Maintain master data (accounts, vendor groups)
- Participate in project work
Requirements:
- Advanced English and at least intermediate Polish language
- At least 1.5 years of working experience in Accounting (part time/full time)
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work in an international team
