Junior HR generalist

Responsibilities:

• Management of recruitment activity across multiple business units which requires close control of the staffing approval process
• Co-ordination of the Performance Management process across multiple business units
• Co-ordination and tracking of annual salary reviews
• Contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing reporting of HR metrics
• Production of key management information including detailed headcount reports
• International Policy initiatives – partner with HRBPs on implementation of policies and initiatives
• Action planning and focus on key employee productivity and engagement factors in the global environment

Requirements:

• Fluent English
• Project management skill
• 3-5 years of HR expertise and professionalism
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, HR Operating Systems and working with Intranet based process solutions
• Flexibility to work across different time zones
