Kundenbetreuer/in mit deutschem Sprachkenntniss

Kundenbetreuer/innen lösen IT-Probleme per Fernwartung direkt beim Anruf oder leiten Aufträge an die Vororts-Techniker weiter
Aufgaben:
- Anfragen zeitgemäß und professionell beantworten
- Kundebetreuung bei tagtäglichen IT-Problemen wie bei Hardware-, Software- und Netzwerkstörungen
- Anfragen in der Kundendatenbank dokumentieren
- Anrufe dokumentieren, Information bei Statusabfrage leisten
- Anwendung von Helpdesk-Systemen und Datenbanken für Problemlösung bei Bedarf
- Unterstützung für mehrere Hotlines leisten
- Teilnehmen an Berufsbildungen
Voraussetzungen:
- Deutsch und English: fließend im Wort und Schrift
- Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse mit IT-Anwendungen
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Verständigung und Problemlösung
- Kundenorientierung
- Tätkräftigkeit und Aufgeschlossenheit
