Solution Architect - Workplace Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

• Creating service solution architecture and service design based on modern Workplace solutions 
• Analyzing existing IT infrastructure 
• Advising on service solution
• Creating technical service documentation for new services
• Presenting the solution to customer 
• Coordinating service setup in the customer environment

Required skills:

• Knowledge of the Workplace Services (end user computing) area: image creation, CVS, GPO’s, software packaging and distribution.
• Knowledge of Programme and Project Management.
• Strong technology and consulting skills to solve a client business problem.
• Communication, negotiation  and presentation skills to complex issues .
• Experiences with customer documentation.
• Ability to translate technical details into concise and easy to understand written form. 
• Fluent in English language, spoken and written
